Agreement to terms
By accessing or using https://dothound.com/ (the “Site”) and any related features—such as our AI chatbot, forms, scheduling, or downloads—you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

AI chatbot and informational content
The chatbot and all information on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice. AI‑generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not make decisions solely based on chatbot responses—contact us for tailored advice.
Intellectual property
- All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, UI, software, and compilations—is owned by DotHound or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal, non‑commercial purposes.
- You may not use DotHound trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written permission. Third‑party marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, you grant DotHound a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to us, if any, for Site access in the three months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DotHound and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third‑party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.

Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

- Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
